2026 FPT Top-75 Western Tour Classic - Information

For those that qualified, please note the following regarding the 2026 Future Pro Tour Top-75 Western Tour Classic event:

The 2026 FPT Top-75 Western Tour Classic event will be held on October 3 and 4th, at Clearlake, and hosted by Konocti Harbor Resort and Spa, with a total of only 25 teams + 1 wild card competing for the tour’s annual Classic crown!

The 1st place prize for this event is $10,000 cash – GUARANTEED!

 

Classic - Pre-Event Information

 

Classic - Off-limits:

Clearlake will be off-limits to Classic qualifiers on Sept 27th, 28th, and 29th. 

 

Classic - Official Pre-fish:

Official pre-fish will from Sept 30th thru Oct 2nd. Please note that you can only pre-fish with your partner or another Classic qualifier.

All qualifiers must be off the water by Oct 3rd by 12:00 noon.

 

Classic Celebration - Dinner Details

Registration/check-in, and our traditional Classic Celebration Banquet will be held at Konocti Harbor Resort and Spa on Friday Oct 2nd. Konocti Harbor Resort and Spa is located at:

8727 Soda Bay Rd, Kelseyville, CA 95451 - Phone: (707) 281-6203 - (Please call the resort for special rates for this event).

It is mandatory that at least one member of the team come to the registration/check-in, to get information regarding blast-off/weigh-in times.

 

Classic Celebration Itinerary:

  • 3:00 - 4:00pm - Registration/Cocktail Mixer

  • 4:30 - 5:30pm - Celebration dinner

  • 5:30 - 6:45pm - Awards, raffle, and official rules review

You must RSVP and pay (via online) for you and your guests celebration dinner no later than Sept 13th. so that the venue staff can have an accurate head count for dinner preparation.

 

 

Classic - Event Information

 

Entry & Payout:

No entry fee required to participate, as this event is for qualifying teams that have EARNED their berth via on-the-water performance.  Remember...the 1st place team is guaranteed a $10,000 cash prize regardless of how many teams participate in this championship event.

 

A $120 OPTION POT will be available and will be paid back to places 2nd – 5th, and will be paid back as follows:

  • 2nd - $1,000

  • 3rd - $700

  • 4th - $600

  • 5th - $500

The top 3 finishers will also receive trophy awards.

 

A $40 Big Fish Option pot will be available, with the overall biggest fish of the event receiving the following cash award:

  • 1st Big Fish $500

The overall Big Fish winner will receive a Big Fish Trophy award.

 

PLEASE NOTE: That the option payouts listed above are contengent on 26 teams paying into the option pot, and will be adujusted up or down accordingly.T

Youth Angler League – Classic Championship Event Information

  • All YAL qualifiers will compete ONLY on Saturday Oct 3rd 

  • Participation cost is $25 per angler, and participants will receive trophies, and cash prizes as follows:

 

 

5 – 11 (Kid’s) Division’s Classic Championship Event awards

  • 1st Place - $200 + custom 1st place award

  • 2nd Place - $150 + custom 2nd place award

  • 3rd Place - $100 + custom 3rd place award

 

12 – 18-(Junior Division) – Classic Championship Event awards

  • 1st Place - $100 cash, + custom 1st place award

  • 2nd Place - $75 cash, + custom 2nd place award

  • 3rd Place - $50 cash, + custom 3rd place award

The Youth Angler League payout will be based on are based on paid entries and will be adjusted up or down accordingly.
